Let me also point out that we just bought a 60" Vizio on Black Friday 2012 and after 2 months, the screen went completely black. I will be looking into how to find about getting something recalled. It was horrible customer service! Clearly, this is a defect and should be recalled.
The CSR said, "Take it to a repair shop and get it fixed." I asked what the problem could be and he said, "A plethora of things." I said, "Well, out of the plethora, what might some of them be?" The CSR was no help and I felt pushed off the phone.
