


Our office wants to ensure that property owners have the opportunity to have their assessment reviewed during this time-critical 30-day filing period. Please note that November 1st, 2021 is the deadline to file Assessment Appeals with the DuPage County Board of Review (BOR). October 1st, 2021 also begins the 30-day Assessment Appeal filing period for the 2021 Assessment Year.

The Notice of Assessment is NOT a tax bill and there is no action required on your part. Additionally, those properties' owners will receive a Notice of Assessment mailed by DuPage County. Any 2021 assessments that were changed for reasons other than the County's Annual Equalization Factor were published in the Friday, October 1st editions of the Wheaton & Glen Ellyn Suburban Life Newspapers. All 2021 assessments can be viewed right here on our website. All assessments in Milton Township have received the Annual Equalization Factor from DuPage County the 2021 factor is 1.0094 (+0.94%). Our office has completed its work for the 2021 Assessment Year.
